Help with the PhoneMail apps for iPhone and Android, and the web app at mail.phonemail.net.

Tell us your PhoneMail number and what happened. We usually reply within two working days.

Signing in

Enter your Indian (+91) mobile number. PhoneMail texts you a one-time code; it never calls you.
If you set a password, tap Use a password instead to sign in without a code.
No code arriving? Check the number, wait a minute, then ask for a new one.

Blocking someone

Open the chat, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Block. Their emails then go to Spam, without an alert. To undo it, go to Settings → Blocked people → Unblock.

Reporting spam

Open the email and tap Report spam. It moves to your Spam folder.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account, then confirm with your password or a code we text you. On the web, use Delete account in Settings at mail.phonemail.net. What is deleted and what is kept is explained on Delete your account.
